About the job

Are you prepared to step into an engaging Finance & HR Assistant role at Cognibotics? This opportunity arises as a maternity leave cover, offering you a chance to support our team across various finance and HR functions. Based in Lund, this role will provide you with exposure to diverse responsibilities including:

• Managing accounting processes, payments, reconciliations, taxes, and invoices
• Assisting in customer invoicing and project administration
• Handling agreements with customers, suppliers, and sub-consultants
• Compiling monthly financial statements
• Providing operational support for auditing activities
• Coordinating office premises and ensuring a conducive work environment
• Undertaking personnel administration duties including recruitment and onboarding processes
• Planning and organizing team events
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies
• Contributing to year-end closing activities and financial reporting

This position is specifically designed to cover maternity leave, providing essential support to our team during this period. We're seeking candidates with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in economics and solid experience in HR and finance processes. Familiarity with systems such as Visma or similar platforms is highly desirable, along with proficiency in the Office suite. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English are essential.

As an ideal candidate, you're proactive, service-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills. You thrive in an independent work environment and excel in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks. Your meticulous attention to detail and structured approach ensure efficiency and accuracy. Fluency in Swedish and English at a professional level is required, and proficiency in other languages would be advantageous.
